dpSTUDIO is a sought after partner on multiple teams that have been awarded contracts with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Dubbed “Protech 2.0” for Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services Program, the contracts consist of Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contracts organized into the four Domains of NOAA's main missions: Satellite, Fisheries, Weather, and Oceans. The shared ceiling for all task orders under the ProTech 2.0 IDIQ contracts is $8 Billion, and each ProTech 2.0 Domain contract has a five-year base ordering period. For the Protech 2.0 Fisheries Domain, dpSTUDIO is teamed with small business prime contractor Case Consultants International, experts in climate adaptation and resilience planning. For the Protech 2.0 Oceans and Fisheries domains, dpSTUDIO is teamed with prime contractor Parymon Corporation, a woman-owned small biz with expertise in fisheries management, marine science, and environmental stewardship.
in 2024 dpSTUDIO was awarded a contract to provide environmental engineering services to the City of Richmond, Virginia. dpSTUDIO is the only small business among the four engineering firms selected for this $10M annual services contract.
