Lori M. Papa, MS – President and Co-Founder
Lori exceeds at the role of personal advisor and advocate for her clients and business partners. A natural born teacher and leader, Lori took her years of experience as an educator and administrator and co-founded dpSTUDIO in 2005 to offer expertise for clients who need a personal approach to solve their environmental concerns. Among her many duties, Lori provides contract, financial, QA/QC, and personnel management for the firm while also ensuring the quality and timeliness of data management and research for projects. Her project expertise includes Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments for residential and commercial redevelopment projects in multiple states as well as hazardous materials surveys, underground storage tank investigations, and environmental compliance audits. Lori holds a B.S. degree in Geology from Penn State and a M.S. in Education from Longwood University.

​Dennis Papa, PE, BCEE – Vice President and Principal Engineer
Dennis has a reputation for open and honest communication and being “in the arena”, some of the reasons why clients find him to be a trusted advisor who takes a personal approach to their projects. He is a Licensed and Board Certified Environmental Engineer with 30+ years of experience in managing and performing all types of environmental site assessments and remedial investigations for commercial and industrial facilities. Before co-founding dpSTUDIO, Dennis had successful management roles at two global environmental engineering consulting firms. His projects have been featured at conferences and in multiple publications focusing on innovations in environmental assessment for the Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions markets. Dennis holds a B.S. degree in Geology from Penn State and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech. He stays engaged in his community through participation and leadership roles in professional, civic and charitable organizations.

​Casey P. Rosier – Environmental Scientist and Project Manager
Casey is a world traveler and has more than eight years of environmental consulting experience, primarily with managing and conducting environmental site assessments of commercial, multi-family residential, and industrial properties. Her work includes  environmental reviews, database research, site inspections, and Phase I ESAs on properties across the U.S., as well as managing and conducting water quality and groundwater monitoring well sampling, asbestos and lead-based paint inspections, soil vapor intrusion assessments, environmental impact assessments for development and redevelopment projects, and ASTM Phase I ESA reports for SBA lenders, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD loans.  Casey holds a B.S. degree in Psychology with Minor in Leadership from Christopher Newport University.
